About Me

Hello! My name is Yuliia, I am from Ukraine. I have been teaching violin for over three years. My journey with the violin began when I was 9 years old. Since then, I successfully graduated from a music academy (Bachelor's degree) and a pedagogical university (Master's and Doctorate).

Alongside my studies, I worked in the Ukrainian Radio Orchestra, collaborated with many Ukrainian artists, and participated in creating audio recordings for international clients. For nearly two years, I have been teaching violin online, helping students from around the world achieve their musical goals.

I have successfully prepared students for ABRSM exams and worked with those preparing for Trinity exams. I am happy to work with students of all levels—whether you’re a beginner, an amateur, or an advanced player. Together, we will explore the beauty of violin music and help you reach your full potential.

The Tecla y Música Workshop is a space designed to learn and develop your musical and expressive sense through the piano and / or keyboards.
The main objective is to learn to make music and enjoy the learning process and its results.
The material with which we work (songs, instrumental pieces and exercises) is mainly oriented to your musical taste, and the choice is based on gradually expanding your technical and expressive possibilities, while exploring different musical styles.
In this way, different tools are being incorporated to achieve, in a short term, mastery and fluency over the musical language and the instrument.
Given that each student has different interests and concerns, whether playing as a hobby or developing a professional career, composing, improvising, etc., the orientation of the classes is built according to the possibilities and particular needs of each case.

I have played the violin for over 20 years and am currently doing a master ́s of music in violin. Music is my passion, I have been teaching violin for 5 years, in music schools as well as privately from the ages of 7 to 60.
My aim in teaching is to enable the student to experience the beauty, richness and also the fun side of music, by helping to develop the technical skills needed to express oneself on the violin. I'll teach you to play professionally and progressively, because you really want to learn and not just scrape strings with a waxed stick, wouldn't that be better?

I offer in-person lessons at your home in Castellón and the surrounding area, regardless of your absolute skill level. You'll soon go from annoying your neighbors to having them leaning out the window to listen to you.

I'm demanding but fair. I'm going to correct you directly and without being condescending. I respect your time, mine, and above all, your investment, because I'd rather you leave here playing than keep your money without you having learned anything. And let me be clear, if that happens, one of us will end up feeling like crap in a flip-flop, and spoiler alert: it won't be me.

What I can guarantee is that if your effort, dedication, and consistency are genuine, you will learn. Even if your neighbors keep swearing you're stepping on the cat's tail every time you practice.
