Hello! My name is Federica, I am 38years old and I am italian. I live in Konstanz (Germany) and I am available to give private yoga classes to anyone who is motivated to start practicing or improving the practice.
In 2015 I started practising and studying Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga and I have teached in Italy and in Senegal for many years. Italian is my native language but I also speak English, French and Spanish. At the moment I am studying German.
