To refine your silhouette
On the physical level: Continuously jumping on the tiptoes backwards, forwards, on the sides will strengthen the calves, but also the thighs and the glutes. As a result, we will sculpt the silhouette and refine it.

I teach outside mainly by the seine in 6th arrondissement. I’ll have equipment with me and you’re welcome to use my spare gloves etc until you know you’re in love, and then I can help you get your own if you want.

We do lots of cardio to build endurance, to help you learn how to use your feet and condition your legs for all the movement they will be doing.

If you’ve never boxed before it’s no problem. We have fun, you learn something new, and by the time the hour is over - you’ve have had a big workout as well!

For those more advanced with their boxing we’ll cover the more technical aspects together.

If you’re interested in general fitness. Prenatal / Postnatal, cardio, musculation - we can cover these with boxing or focus more specifically.

I mix boxing with strengthening exercises or cross fit movements in order to develop muscular and cardiovascular tone

I have been practicing boxing since I was young, I recently started the FFSU competition (university boxing), I can help beginner to intermediate boxers to work on their techniques and their physique to progress in this sport.
I have 5 fights, 4 victories (a victory at the Lethessier Cup, 3 at the HEC Cup and a defeat at the Île de France championship in the quarter-final).
I encourage you to bring your own equipment to the sessions (gloves between 10oz and 16oz (ideally 12), mouth guard obligatory for oppositions, I can provide a helmet and gloves if I am notified in advance).

I offer English boxing classes including the basics and technique but also musculation and fitness classes. Either at your home or outside in the parks or gardens of Paris. I have all the necessary equipment for your fitness objectives, and for your first class I can provide boxing gloves to try before you buy your own.
