This class is for all who want to start a business but are not sure how to do it. From evaluation of an idea to getting the first customer, we would cover all the steps from scratch to an innovative business. The classes would also cover start-up evaluation, how to create a business plan and create a product management roadmap.
We take a customer centric practical approach and I would guide you to use frameworks and tools/ templates to evaluate your idea.

About Me

I started my first venture in college, where I and two of my friends say an opportunity and created value for our customers. Ever since I have had an enterprising mind.

In my career as Management Consultant of over 10 years, I have helped companies to start up new businesses lines, create and implement business and IT strategy. I'm a seeker and lifelong learner. I also love to teach and have been teaching informally for decades. A part of the corporate responsibility, I have been teaching every year to my fellow employees and also and mentoring my direct reports.

Currently working on my start-up, I have some spare time to share my knowledge and experiences.

* MBA from London Business School (LBS) in 2016, Specialisation in Strategy and Innovation.
* Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering in 2002, Utkal University, India

Experience / Qualifications

* 10+ years of Management Consulting experience - Product Strategy, Business Strategy, Digital Strategy, ERP implementation
* Worked in UK, India, USA, Australia, Singapore, Netherlands, UAE, Saudia Arabia and South Africa. Travelled to 20+ countries on short business visits and teaching users.
