About Me

I'm Clara Niño. I started my career as an engineer and worked for over 15 years in international companies. Along the way, I went through different personal and professional phases that led me to question what I truly wanted. I realized that what made the most sense to me was working with people, understanding their journey, and supporting them in finding clarity, balance, and well-being.

Today I am a holistic coach and practitioner of therapies inspired by Traditional Chinese Medicine. I work with people who are going through changes, feeling stuck, tired, or disconnected, and who want to feel better and make decisions more aligned with who they are.

My approach combines coaching conversations with body-based techniques, energy work, and practical tools to reconnect mind and body. It's not about magic solutions, but about creating a space to pause, look inward, and act with intention.
