Passionate about high-level sport and aquatic pedagogy, I am a professional swimming and triathlon coach. My approach is twofold: I patiently and kindly guide young children in discovering the aquatic environment, while also guiding adults and athletes towards technical improvement and performance.

Coaching, training planning and preparation of athletes for university and triathlon competitions (technical improvement, effort management, open water swimming).

● 2 years – Private Club Coach: Private and group lessons for all ages. Specialist in teaching children to swim using a fun and technical method (using kickboards, hoops, bridges) and in advanced training for adults.

● Multi-sport expertise: Complete physical preparation, including leading indoor cycling sessions (RPM) for cardio and endurance development.
