My name is Marc, I offer meditation and mindfulness courses for all levels.

I adapt to your needs, your physical form as well as your rate of progress.

I was trained in meditation and mindfulness in India, Nepal and Thailand (Tibetan Buddhism and Theravada meditation in particular) and in Europe: secular meditation: MBSR program (Stress Reduction Based on Mindfulness), Zen meditation and Vipassana meditation.

You can choose, to start or deepen your meditation practice, one of the 8 programs developed around a main objective:

• Well-being
• Attention and memory
• Stress and anxiety
• Mindfulness
• Management of thoughts and emotions
• Sleep and energy
• Awareness of body and breathing
• Personal development

Teaching takes place by videoconference, or face-to-face in the Montpellier region. One hour is structured around an exchange, a teaching, a meditative practice in common and a time of questions and answers. For an advanced meditator, the structure of a session can be adapted to facilitate its progression.

Payment by Chèque Emploi Service Universel (CESU) is accepted.
I offer 10 hour packages.

The first hour of contact, which aims to define your objectives together, is offered.
I can share the feedback and opinions of the people I am accompanying or that I have accompanied in the meditation if you wish.

About Me
Meditation has changed my life and continues to change and improve it day after day.
After the baccalaureate, the scientific training I received - preparatory classes, Bac +5 in mathematics and CAPES in mathematics - developed in me a taste for questioning, research and deepening.
Fifteen years of teaching mathematics (in engineering schools and universities in particular) and cinema (one of my passions) to young adults, allowed me to develop my passion for transmission and pedagogy.
After many trips and trainings in Asia and Europe, I was able to experience many benefits of meditation. Since then, deepening, sharing and transmitting the meditative practice has gradually imposed itself on me as the activity at the heart of which I feel most useful to others.
