Hi, I'm Laura, I'm a cellist and I love to share my musical knowledge with other people. I have experience with students of all ages and I believe that there is no right age to start learning to play an instrument. I adapt my lessons to the objectives and tastes of each student. We can learn classical music, but also other styles such as pop. I also offer lessons focused on music theory if that is what you are looking for! Guitar and Music Theory classes, beginner level. The classes are private (1 student per class) and are personalized, adapting to the tastes and objectives of each student. They last one hour and are 100% virtual via Zoom. The idea is to learn dynamically, seeing concrete examples with songs, and always putting theory into practice. In the case of support classes for music students, we will see what topics the student is studying and will cover them with simple explanations and practical examples.

One of the most wonderfull string instrument is the cello. If you want to learn how to play cello or just to continue improving your skills do not hesitate to contact me. I have a lot of experience teaching cello and for me, the most important thing in my lessons is learn well and enjoy. Ussually, my lesson programme is start with a short warm up (technique exercises) to continue with different cello pieces chosen by the students. I have a lot of pop and actual music cello pieces for all levels. In addition, I'm familiar with methods like ABRSM, Suzuki, Feuillard, Duport, Popper and Piatti.

Hello! I've been teaching continuously for over 10 years, and I'd like to explain what you can expect from a class with me. Personalized approach: The most important thing is to know what you want to achieve. I will tailor the lessons to your needs: playing for pleasure at home is not the same as preparing for entrance exams (although always with the same rigor). Your goals will influence the methodology, the organization of your studies, the repertoire, and so on. Relaxed (but rigorous) environment: Once you've defined your goals, classes will be dynamic and pressure-free. Note! "Relaxed" doesn't mean undemanding; we'll just avoid military methods—especially given my personality and sense of humor. Music, not just notes: My methods are very dynamic, with a special emphasis on hearing and musicality. No "read, play, and turn the page." I avoid approaches obsessed with reading sheet music without memorizing, listening, or understanding what is being played. I want you to own your performance and make artistic decisions. Warning! I might even make you sing. No stylistic barriers: Thanks to my training in Jazz and Modern Music, I give equal importance to all genres. The Tecla y Música Workshop is a space designed to learn and develop your musical and expressive sense through the piano and / or keyboards. The main objective is to learn to make music and enjoy the learning process and its results. The material with which we work (songs, instrumental pieces and exercises) is mainly oriented to your musical taste, and the choice is based on gradually expanding your technical and expressive possibilities, while exploring different musical styles. In this way, different tools are being incorporated to achieve, in a short term, mastery and fluency over the musical language and the instrument. Given that each student has different interests and concerns, whether playing as a hobby or developing a professional career, composing, improvising, etc., the orientation of the classes is built according to the possibilities and particular needs of each case. The work proposal implies a weekly class frequency to achieve optimal work dynamics and that the results are visible in a short term. There is also the possibility of taking isolated classes in order to solve a specific objective such as developing and perfecting some particular aspect of music practice and / or theory as well as preparing instrument exams or theoretical subjects for institutions of musical studies.

My name is Miriam, I am a graduate in Master of Classical Music at KASK & Conservatorium in Ghent and currently I am studying a Posgraduate in Musical Performance Practice. I've been teaching cello to children, teenagers and adults for 10 years, so I've acquired the necessary experience to be able to adapt to the different and personal needs and objectives of each student. My teaching methodology focuses on creating a friendly and relaxed environment (which does not mean undemanding!) in which students feel confident to express their own ideas and worries. In my lessons I focus on technical and postural questions, but we also reflect together on the music, as I like my students to develop their own musical ideas and not just imitate the teacher. Cello lessons, at any level! I am a qualified cello teacher and experienced musician with a solid background in many fields and, despite i'm 25 yo, lots of experience! I worked in music schools, very good orchestras and i regularely have concerts, also in chamber music. Occasionally i also play in pop groups/orchestras. I have good microphones for the best online teaching experience, and i can also work in person, near Lausanne, CH (Vaud).

Online classes via Skype or similar platform. Adrián was born in 2002 in Santa Lucía de Tirajana, where he began his music studies at the municipal school (Ateneo de Vecindario). At the same time, he trained with maestro Blas Sánchez at his Foundation. He completed his Professional Degree at the Conservatory. Music professional from Las Palmas de Gran Canaria with professor Fernando Bautista, earning a first-class honors in guitar in every year of his studies, as well as in other subjects. At just 20 years old, he made his solo debut with the Gran Canaria Philharmonic Orchestra in the Symphony Hall of the Alfredo Kraus Auditorium (Las Palmas de Gran Canaria), under the direction of Maestro Josep Gil, after passing the Audition for Young Canarian Soloists conducted by Maestro Karel Mark Chichon. He also participated as a member of the Joven Orquesta de Canarias in its 18th Meeting (2023), conducted by Maestro Víctor Pablo Pérez on its tour of various renowned auditoriums on the islands. He has expanded his guitar training by attending various festivals and taking master classes with guitarists such as Joaquín Clerch, David Martínez, Mitsutoshi Tanaka, Andrea Dieci, Gaëlle Solal, Javier Somoza, Enno Voorhorst, and more. He has also created the projects " Cuerdas Literatas" and "La guitarra de las Islas Afortunadas y de tierra Latinoamericanas." In 2024, he was selected to perform at the National Museum of Anthropology in Madrid as part of the renowned MusaE (Music in State Museums) project, which is part of the Spanish Ministry of Culture. He also completed his studies in Performance (Guitar) at the Conservatorio Superior de Música de Canarias under the tutelage of José María Ramírez, with the highest grades, having been awarded Honors in various subjects. He completed the Master's Degree in Artistic Teachings in Classical and Contemporary Music Performance at the Fundació Conservatori Liceu (Barcelona) with the renowned guitarist Anabel Montesinos, thanks to a prestigious scholarship from the MAPFRE Canarias Foundation. He has extensive concert experience and has won more than 25 awards.
