About Me
Massage therapist, artist and promoter of the Toltec art of living well as a philosophy of life, of the popularization of science and the arts (from Latin vulgare: means “people”, “making it accessible for everyone”)
Photography, dance and massage have become my main tools to connect with myself.
My interest is based on the recognition of ancestral knowledge applied to healing, neurodiversity, health (physical, mental and spiritual), eco-responsible and sustainable consumption, interculturalism, ancestral agriculture (employing the three sacred sisters who are the basis of sustainable and permanent agriculture), among others.

The cumbia-relajación workshop is a concept that pays homage to ancestral rhythms linked to the Earth and to heartbeats. One of these rhythms is the "tresillo", which is found in several popular dances in Abya Yala / Anahuac / Tawantinsuyo such as cumbia, bachata,bullengue, reggaeton*, etc. This rhythm is also present in millennial cultures around the world.
The steps have similarities to movements in Tai-chi or Qi-gong, and have the potential to bring health benefits. It is an approach that has the potential to connect the moving body with the mind.
Socially, a circle dance can help release any inhibitions. The workshop aims to encourage safe spaces where we can dance alone, or in groups.
