About Me

Always passionate about music, I started studying piano and music theory at the age of 7. Subsequently and with the discovery of rock, it was the electric guitars that caught my eye (well, in my ears)! And then one fine day, I went to Brussels to study architecture. Deprived of free time to practice music, I then realized how vital music was to me.

Once my architecture diploma in hand, I therefore decided to start from scratch by taking the entrance exam to the IMEP (Royal Higher Institute of Music and Pedagogy) first in Music Computer Science in order to study composition in electronic music, sound design, film music, etc., then in Pop Singing in order to acquire a solid vocal technique (based on the Estill Voice Training model) as well as a broad knowledge of the repertoire current music. A few years later, I have a Bachelor in both disciplines.

Pop singing and computer music lessons in the region of Namur - Dinant with a graduate student from the IMEP

Graduated in singing, pop singing and computer music at the IMEP (Royal Higher Institute of Music and Education), I teach beginners, amateurs, as well as children, especially in a non-profit organization in the Namur region.

As a first step, it is essential to put the student at ease and to understand what his desires are in order to be able to help him to develop musically as much as possible.

For singing, I suggest starting the lesson with a vocal warm-up and continuing with a song of your choice. Depending on availability, it is possible to use a soundtrack, but if a score or a chord chart exists, I can also accompany you on the piano. Finding your voice can take time, which is why it's important to be patient and move at your own pace.

Thanks to my different training, learning recording techniques is also possible. Likewise, having lived in Australia and Spain, I can offer emphasis focused coaching in English and / or Spanish.
