In my classes I include asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing exercises) and I incorporate aspects of the yoga philosophy that would allow the student to have a more clear approach to yoga as a way of life, rather than as an exercise. The classes take place in studio rooms I rent or at the student's space. Depending on the student's preferences and time availability, the class might take from 1h to 1h30'.
