I have been an English teacher in Australia for well over 20 years and specialise in teaching the Higher School Certificate English course. My expertise is in examination preparation, essay writing, critical analysis and creative and imaginative writing. I am an HSC exam marker and have had a wealth of experience in assisting students to achieve their best mark in both university and school contexts. I have perfected a simple yet highly effective formula for composing an essay which shows students how to compose an engaging thesis that is well supported by textual evidence. I have excellent results using methodologies that have proved to be highly effective in teaching students how to write both academically and for High School. I am like to establish a rapport with my students that allows us to communicate as equals.
