I hold a Bachelor's degree in Asian Studies and have several years of experience working in an international environment. I teach Latvian and English in a practical and supportive way, focusing on real conversations rather than memorizing grammar. I also have over 20 years of ballroom dance experience and enjoy sharing my knowledge with students who want to improve their technique, confidence, and enjoyment of dancing. My lessons are friendly, engaging, and adapted to each student's goals and level. Whether you're learning a language or dancing, I create a relaxed and encouraging atmosphere where everyone feels comfortable learning, growing, and making progress.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Asian Studies (Sinology). During my studies I focused on languages, communication, and intercultural understanding. I continue developing my teaching skills and create practical lessons that help students use the language confidently in everyday life.

Experience / Qualifications

I have experience teaching Latvian and English to both adults and children through conversation clubs and private lessons. My classes focus on speaking, vocabulary, pronunciation, and real-life communication. My classes aren't just about explaining formulas: I strive to convey a work method, self-confidence, and a positive approach to learning. Together, we'll work on gaining a deeper understanding of mathematical concepts, but also on becoming more organized, managing stress, and progressing independently.

👉 What I propose:

- Clear explanations adapted to your level

- Practical and structured exercises

- Helps with memorization and organization

- Stress management and mental preparation before exams

- Regular and personalized monitoring

It's September, the start of the new school year: the perfect time to get off to a good start and give yourself the best possible chance. Getting support now will allow you to approach the year with confidence, with a solid foundation and an effective working method.

My goal? For you to succeed in math and gain peace of mind, so you can progress in school and beyond.

My methodology is to base myself on the courses in a structural and clear way, accessible to my learners to give them quality teaching and a total understanding of the courses in a cordial and satisfying atmosphere.

Wolof is the most spoken language in Senegal, Gambia where it has been enriched by the contributions of other dialects, Arabic and French, which remains the official language. It is experiencing a cultural expansion in the country and is also present in Gambia and Mauritania.

So to facilitate your integration into Senegalese society; it is essential to go through this language because it is the vernacular although there are several beautiful local Senegalese languages but Wolof remains the most used language. this is why I propose to teach the beauty of this language which is my specialty and my mother tongue, I also teach Senegalese and Gambian culture and civilization.

Learning Wolof offers anyone who wishes to get to know Senegal, in a professional, cultural or touristic context, to establish privileged contact with its population.

My method is very simple, I start by teaching you the most common and used words and expressions. Then slowly the formation of sentences, conjugation, grammar but also you how to pronounce each word well and know their positions in the sentence.
Thanks to my very simple and effective teaching methodology, the student can manage to form sentences in Wolof very easily from our first lesson.

I teach Gambian Wolof dialect and senegalese Wolof dialect.

I also want to inform my learners that apart from online courses, I organize language visits and tours in Senegal; for those who wish to travel in order to practice and discover Senegal with special packages.

Je suis sénégalais , Professeur, Linguiste et Spécialiste de la langue wolof . Apprenez et parlez facilement le wolof avec moi. Je propose des cours individuels et collectifs.
Ma méthodologie est de me baser sur les cours de manière structurelle et claire , accessible à mes apprenants pour leurs donner un enseignement de qualité et une compréhension totale des cours dans une atmosphère cordiale et satisfaisante.

For artists, songwriters, and creatives ready to shape their vision.

Are you working on your own songs and feeling stuck?
Do you have a head full of ideas but struggle to bring them together into one clear artistic story?
Or maybe you’ve already created something you're proud of, but you want to take it further — deeper, bolder, more you.

I'm here to help you connect the dots.

As a singer, songwriter, producer and creative director working on my own debut album, I know how overwhelming the creative process can feel. There’s so much more to being an artist than just making music. Your sound, your visuals, your story, your live performance — it’s all connected. That’s where I come in.

In our sessions, we can explore whatever part of your creative world needs support:

🎵 Songwriting – melody, lyrics, structure, harmony
🎧 Production Direction – from early sketches to refined ideas
🌙 Artistic Identity – visual storytelling, aesthetics, branding
🎤 Performance & Presence – connecting with your audience
💡 Creative Strategy – organizing ideas and unlocking new ones
🌀 Intuitive Guidance – sometimes you just need a sounding board

You don’t have to do this alone.

Whether you're a beginner or a more advanced artist, we’ll work with what’s already inside you — your instincts, your taste, your questions. Sessions are fully personalized and can be a one-time deep dive or part of a longer creative journey together.

Philosophy and Psychology for Adults: Thinking, Understanding, and Getting to Know Yourself Better

Have you ever wondered why you make certain decisions, what you really want from your life, or what meaning some experiences that have marked you have?

This class arises precisely from those questions.

This isn't your typical philosophy or psychology class, and you don't need any prior knowledge. It's a space to pause, reflect, and discuss the questions we all ask ourselves at some point in our lives, but rarely find the time to address.

Through philosophy, psychology, and other related disciplines, we will explore topics such as self-knowledge, relationships, freedom, fear, happiness, decision-making, identity, the meaning of life, our beliefs, and the great questions that accompany us as human beings.

The idea isn't to give you ready-made answers. On the contrary: it's about learning to ask better questions and finding your own answers.

The sessions will be dynamic and participatory, combining explanation
