To do this, we will first make an initial call/exchange of emails, aiming to identify the needs, expectations and initial level of the learner. Following this, I propose a session plan(s) to the student that would allow them to meet their needs.
During the different sessions, I adopt an active pedagogy based on examples, demonstrations, sharing of experiences, practical cases and an evaluation of acquired knowledge throughout the training.
