GMAT Focus Quant coaching for Competitive MBA programs

Hi, I'm Adam - an NYU Stern MBA graduate with a background in engineering and technology. I specialize in GMAT Focus Quant and look forward to helping you reach your target score.
If you're reading this, there's a good chance GMAT Quant is being a bit of a pain. Let's see if we can do something about that.
A bit about me - I scored a 780 on the classic GMAT (Q50/V47) and Q89 on the official GMAT Focus practice exam. So, I know what it takes to get an elite score. But, I began in the 600–650 range, and improving my score required a more methodical approach than simply learning more math. That's the approach I hope to share with my students.
One thing I've learned is that higher Quant scores are often driven by better execution, not just stronger content knowledge. During our sessions, we'll work on strategies that help you solve questions more efficiently, including:
* Pattern recognition to identify the fastest solution path
* Strategic use of answer choices
* Efficient approaches for common GMAT question types
* Time management and decision-making under pressure
I take a diagnosis-first approach. We'll identify what's holding your score back and build a focused plan with custom strategies around your specific needs, current strengths/weaknesses and schedule (yes - I know you might be working 50+ hours a week and we will work around it).
Our sessions will typically focus on:
* Targeted live problem solving
* Identifying recurring mistakes and bottlenecks
* Refining test-taking strategy
* Developing and adjusting your study plan
My goal is to keep lessons supportive, practical, and focused while also giving honest feedback and keeping you accountable to execution.
If that sounds like the kind of approach you're looking for, I'd be happy to see if we're a good fit.
