Defend Yourself with Global Beats is a fun and lively course designed to teach and practise basic self defence skills to keep ourselves (and others) safe.
Did you know if you repeat a move with your body 1000 times it will be etched into your muscle memory forever?

Experience / Qualifications
I began my teaching career in 1991. I spent 10 years teaching in Primary Schools throughout New Zealand then 16 years teaching a diverse range of subjects at Secondary Schools in Nz and England.
I have taught Empowerment Self Defence and Personal Safety for 2 years in Waikato Schools and I love it!!
