I will bring you my knowledge to help you build confidence in life through Yoga. We will learn the science of Yoga and how to apply that in daily life. I will teach you to tap into your body’s needs and inner wisdom to take your self awareness to the next level.
We will practice Asana, theory, mantra and breath work.
We will touch on anatomical knowledge and the nervous system from an emotional perspective.
I was a Physiotherapist for 15 years, trained in acupuncture and Pilates, I enjoy all things science/spiritual.
I am interest in child development and psych-education and how our upbringing shapes us.
I like to bring many tools to overcome inner struggles that I have myself faced in the world.
My gift is to help people with inner confidence, to find their voice, to feel authentic and to feel happy.
I look forward to seeing you in class ☺️

I have seen Yoga teachers feel worried with lots of unknowns and apprehension of stepping into the world of teaching.
I was a Physiotherapist in Private practice for 15 years and the anatomy was drilled in through 1000's of hours of working with Clients.
We will learn in a fun style touching on main muscle groups to focus on, biomechanics, common encountered problems we face, posture, tissue health, how Yoga can be used as a tool for the desired outcomes in health.
We will cover meridians (acupuncture), fascia structure, alignment and the how the nervous system plays an integral role in deciding how your class will go.
