This allows for true integration and processing through the body, which is especially helpful for working with trauma and for actually embodying the insights, not just understanding them in the mind.

True integration is oftentimes the most underrated part of the process in one’s journey into their subconscious. During this process, we work together to understand how your new discoveries can be incorporated into your everyday life. It is crucial that this step is conscientiously achieved, and in a place of non-judgment, where you feel safe and comfortable.
