I am Antoine, a dietician-nutritionist with a master's degree in Sports Nutrition. I am self-employed and I offer online or in-person consultations in Barcelona. I am currently advising in a supplements store, and giving consultations on the side. I have been doing an internship at the Real Sociedad football club learning from the best nutritionists, and I have been learning in a sports dietetics clinic in Barcelona. I'm a trained scientist who has an MSc in Molecular Biology and was a PhD candidate in Health Sciences. I also currently work for a medical clinic to update doctors on the most recent research.

My fat-loss advice is based on scientific studies I've read (unlike most trainers or nutritionists who just repeat dogma). I also practice what I preach; I Crossfit x4/week, run x1/week and do ice-baths on the weekend.
