in 2021, Knitting is for everyone. After an especially tough year grab your knitting needles and some yarn and come join my knitting for beginners classes. Over the course of the classes you will learn everything you need to know to head out on your own and start making something special for yourself, friends, family or just because.

The skills that you will learn in the class will be learning to decipher the abbreviations on knitting patterns and how to read the patterns affectively so you can get the best item. We will also learn about casting on, knitting, purling and casting off.

Over the course of the classes we will be making a baby hat!

You will need to bring, some baby weighted yarn and circular needles that suit your yarn weight - This can be found on the label of your yarn

New Year New Hobby! Come and join me (Kat) as I create a knitting plan just for you. You won't need to make common beginner mistakes as I pass on all my tips and tricks from 20yrs of knitting experience (I started when I was 8!). I'll walk you through the basics of knitting and what you'll need for your first project, as well as hard to find free resources from across the web.

Art is a wide field with endless space for creativity. It is especially important for kids for them to develop their understanding of the work while exploring with materials. Important messages regarding sustainability, awareness and others can be communicated through art. Else it is simple an escape from reality that relaxes the mind.

Creative painting, origami, pointillism, mosaic, recycled art and much more can be done in these art sessions. An idea of one’s own can be shared and done in these lessons.

I have been knitting since I was little, my grandmother taught me and I have been making my own clothes since I was 12 years old. I am very patient and very flexible so you can learn with me at any time of the day. With me you will learn to knit what you want: gloves, dress, cardigan, socks, scarf, ...

Knitting is a fun hobby that results in a lovely piece of clothing or accessories.
How many classes are needed will depend on skill level and confidence.

During the first lesson, 10 minutes will be needed to discuss your skill level, and what you want to achieve from these lessons.
