Hello! I’m Mahmood and I currently live in Gouda (South-Holland). I came to The Netherlands some time ago. As an Expat I know how tough it is to learn a new language, especially the Dutch language with its tough pronunciations and sentence structures. Being an Expat I understand much better what the challenges are that other Expats needs to go through to learn Dutch I am specialized in preparing Expats and other immigrants for the Basic Civil Integration Examination (Basisexamen Inburgering). Dutch NT2 – Reading Comprehension, Vocabulary and Language Skills Do you want to understand, read and use Dutch better? In my NT2 lessons I help you improve your language skills step by step. Whether you are just starting with Dutch or already have some experience: I adapt the lesson to your level and learning goals. You practice with: Reading comprehension of practical texts (letters, news, forms) Expand vocabulary, paying attention to context and pronunciation Basic grammar and sentence structure Speaking and listening in everyday situations Writing short texts, emails or application letters My lessons are clear, calmly built up and focused on self-confidence. We use real examples from everyday life and practice actively. Whether you want to prepare for an integration exam, speak better Dutch at work or support your child at school – together we will achieve results.

In our class we will be relaxed, I will help you with the Dutch conversation, the grammar, reading (like an article or a topic what I will give you). I will help students for beginners-lower-intermediate level. After every lesson I will give you homework for the next lesson. I use several methods which are specially conceived to teach Dutch to people who have a different mother tongue. I really like to use methods out of the ordinary like role games or methods with which you learn while playing. All these adapted to the student's situation of course. As I learned myself a couple of other languages, it is easy for me to detect difficulties a student can encounter and adapt the way of learning. I can teach in English, French, German and Russian.

A qualified language coach with 24 years of experience offers intensive Dutch lessons in a small class or online. I give many Dutch NT2 lessons to expats and in preparation for an integration exam. Specialized in guiding for the State Exam I and II. Special exam coach. In January 2025 I will also start with groups again. We have a great classroom in the center of Rotterdam, near metro station Beurs, lessons with small homogeneous groups (little difference in level). We mainly go for quality and not just running a lesson. I am really involved in the progress of the student.
