I like my students to structure the lessons thought their experiences. Building knowledge is about creating personal connection between the student and the subject. Otherwise the words are simply letters without any meaning. My lessons are interactive, a combination between the traditional and mondern way of teaching. In other words, i will definetely be based on a book but i would be happy to teach you all the vegs cooking "gemista"* in my kitchen!
