About Me
I am Marie, I am 22 years old and I am a freelance journalist in the MotoGP World Championship. I am passionate about language, which led me to learn six; French which is my native language, Italian, English, Catalan, Spanish and Japanese.
At the moment, besides my work as a journalist, I work to finance my studies in education, I give language courses and I carry out a Japanese training in order to pass the JLPT N4 diploma.

Education
I took a literary baccalaureate and then decided to continue my studies in languages at the university. So I did two years of Italian license.
In the meantime I have studied and learned other languages and now I can speak five of them: French (which is my mother tongue), Italian, English, Spanish and Catalan. At the moment, I am learning Japanese which fascinates me enormously.
After studying two years in my license, I changed my path to turn to journalism. So I became a journalist / editor for the MotoGP World Championship. Languages are more than necessary in this environment where I am constantly confronted with foreign pilots (mainly Italian). I do interviews, lots of translations from my mother tongue to other languages as well as the opposite, and countless articles.
This year, I decided to secure my future and take a year off where I work alongside my journalist job. I intend to resume studies in education by September 2021. In the meantime, I still continue to study because I am doing distance learning in Japanese.
