In Japanese language lessons, the book we learn from is Minna no Nihongo, which is considered a very rich book and suitable for learners of the Japanese language from scratch, and it provides a rich experience in grammar, words, and kanji that is appropriate for this stage.

I teach at Japanese School in Geneva and also offer private Japanese lessons from a complete beginner including children to an advanced learner.
