I am a Spanish pianist and composer (MMus graduate from Codarts Rotterdam in both directions) with many years of teaching experience, and also very active in performing in various contexts. I give private piano lessons for all levels and styles (classical, jazz, Latin, new age, pop...), as well as music theory, composition and improvisation lessons. My lessons are distinguished by their dynamics, practical approach and adaptation to the needs and interests of the student. The lessons (live or online) take place in my studio next to the Maastunnel, where I have a premium stage piano and a top-quality webcam setup. I speak Dutch at an intermediate level, which is improving every day.

Music is one of the art forms closest to speaking and communicating. For me singing is my greatest passion and a way to express myself like I could never with words. I want to share this passion with the world, guide you through the journey of discovering the endless possibilities of your voice and help you achieve your goals. We will learn both the technical and emotional sides of singing, discover vocal techniques, body awareness and learn from other legendary singers. Any genre and wishes are welcome! I myself specialise in jazz, indie and pop singing, songwriting and music theory and am studying at the Conservatorium van Amsterdam.

With beginner saxophone students, we will first work on proper instrument holding and posture. Then, before blowing into the saxophone, we will practice long-tone exercises using the mouthpiece. Once comfortable with these fundamentals, we will start producing sound from the instrument and learning the notes. We will focus on long-tone exercises to develop control and consistency. We gradually start incorporating short exercises or simple melodies as the student progresses. Learning and progressing on an instrument mostly depends on the student's dedication and practice habits. If you love music and commit time to it, you can reach a good level in a short period!
