I am a 25 years old chess player from Poland rated 2216 fide. Not to be worried even though I live in Poland I am fluent in English. I teach chess since 2020. My biggest achievement in a single classical game is beating Women’s European Champion, Grandmaster Monika Socko. I offer online lessons that focus on improving level at chess while having fun doing it. Student gets familiarized with basic and more advanced chess concepts. We analise games played by top players as well as student’s games. Student is faced with different kinds of problems related to chess to improve analitical skills but also create variety and make lessons more interesting.

I was tought chess by my father when I was 5 years old. I started attending local club for when I was 7, while already being kindergartners regional champion. I had a couple of individual coaches in my youth. Now I train individually to keep improving my game.

Experience / Qualifications

I play chess since I was 5 years old. In my chess career I won multiple tournaments. I was regional champion in different age groups as well as in open section. I also won 2 International tournaments with about 200 participants. I have beaten Women’s European Champion, Grandmaster Monika Socko in a classical game. I still improve my chess skills, being around my peak rating(I am 2216 FIDE). I teach chess since 2020 and try to provide high guality training that is also interesting to a student.

Chess is a fun game that starts with the basic rules and moves through the 3 parts of the game: the opening, the middlegame, and the endgame.

The focus at first is to teach you how the pieces move, what the goal of the opening is, and how the pieces interact. You will also learn the vocabulary related to chess and chess notation.

Tactics are then explored to take advantage of hanging pieces, lack of king safety, space, and tempo. From here depending on what your personal goals are we will adapt the classes to cover what will help you progress.
