Passionate about sport since I was very young, I am a ski instructor, lifeguard and individual coach.

Holder of a pro pool and other swimming diplomas abroad, I have experience with very different audiences, ranging from parent-child lessons to learning effective technique for triathletes.

Having a good interest in methodology, my approach is done step by step in order to promote fluid and easy progression.
Having practiced freediving in a club and having been a lifeguard trainer, I also offer courses focused on safety, rescue and freediving. Particularly in parent-child lessons.
I also offer courses to learn how to improve in open water.

There are many limiting beliefs in swimming, here are some examples of what can be learned in swimming:
- In freediving, most people go from 1 minute to 4 minutes of static apnea in around ten training sessions.
- Swimming crawl at a moderate pace (1'45''/100m) is barely more tiring than walking for a good swimmer.
- An 88% reduction in the risk of drowning is estimated for children who have taken swimming or water skills lessons.
- For an average swimmer it is possible to learn to swim the butterfly in 3 sessions.
