I'm a trained scientist who has an MSc in Molecular Biology and was a PhD candidate in Health Sciences. I also currently work for a medical clinic to update doctors on the most recent research.

My fat-loss advice is based on scientific studies I've read (unlike most trainers or nutritionists who just repeat dogma). I also practice what I preach; I Crossfit x4/week, run x1/week and do ice-baths on the weekend. I've reversed personal health problems like asthma and successfully manage a digestive disorder without medications. I'm also between 9-10% body fat year round.

I can train you and make sure your nutrition is dialled in. You can always check that what I'm doing works, because I recommend to keep track of objective markers like blood sugars, waist circumference, insulin and inflammatory markers.

The science of biology for school & university students

I speak English, French and Italian but only teach in English and French. I have a BA in Management Studies, an MSc in Molecular Biology and I was a Marie-Curie grant winner 4-year PhD candidate in Health Sciences at the University of Minho, in Portugal.
