About Me
Hello, I'm Peter Simbeye, a procurement and logistics professional and business educator based in Tanzania. I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Procurement and Logistics Management from the National Institute of Transport (NIT) and have about two years of hands-on experience in procurement planning, supplier and bid evaluation, sourcing, logistics coordination and inventory management, working with a public agency (TARURA) and a pharmacy supply business. I also run a small retail and wholesale business, so what I teach comes from real, day-to-day experience, not only theory.
My classes help startup founders and small business owners turn ideas into working businesses. Together we work on practical skills such as validating a business idea, understanding your customers, pricing your products, managing stock and cash, keeping simple business records, choosing and negotiating with suppliers, and communicating clearly with customers, partners and investors. You will also practise pitching your business and writing professional messages and emails.
How I teach: every lesson is practical, friendly and built around your own business or idea. I explain concepts in simple language, use real examples, and give you clear action steps to apply right after the class. You will get honest feedback and a short plan to follow until our next lesson.
Languages: I teach in English and Swahili, so you can learn in the language you feel most comfortable with.
Lessons: available online as 60-minute or 90-minute sessions, at times that suit you.
Who it is for: beginners and early-stage entrepreneurs, small shop and business owners, students with a business idea, and anyone who wants to present their business with confidence.
Book a lesson and tell me about your business. I look forward to helping you grow it.
