My lessons are conversation-focused and adapted to your individual level, goals and learning style. Whether you're a complete beginner or already speak some Hungarian, we'll work on the areas that are most useful to you – from everyday communication and pronunciation to vocabulary and grammar.

I can help you learn Hungarian for everyday life, travel, work, family, or simply because you're interested in the language and culture. I also work with students who want a more structured approach and can incorporate textbooks and additional exercises into our lessons.

My goal is to make Hungarian feel less intimidating and help you become more confident using the language in real situations. Lessons are friendly and supportive, with plenty of opportunities to speak and ask questions.

About Me

Hi, I’m Zsuzsanna, a native Hungarian speaker with an international background and a passion for languages, communication and teaching.

Having lived in different countries and learned multiple languages myself, I know what it’s like to learn a language from scratch and how important it is to feel comfortable speaking without being afraid of making mistakes.

My teaching style is patient, practical and encouraging. I like to create relaxed, interactive lessons and adapt them to each student’s level, goals and interests. I believe learning should be structured enough to see progress, but also enjoyable and relevant to real life.

I speak Hungarian, English, German and Portuguese fluently, and I’m currently learning Italian, so I can also explain concepts in different languages when helpful.

For some students, homework help in the evening (over a fairly short period of time, often an hour from time to time is enough to create a method that allows the student to improve their work by themselves) may be a necessity.
What can also be useful is the deepening of the lessons through small exercises and clarification on the gray points of the courses.
What I am proposing here is this help, multidisciplinary until the start of middle school, then, in middle school or high school, in all subjects with the exception of mathematics and possibly physics.
