I am a Bioinformatics Ph.D. expert with 20 years of experience.I can provide practical, hands-on guidance across multiple advanced computational disciplines. The curriculum bridges the gap between biology, chemistry, and digital immunology to teach advanced sequence analysis, DNA-protein motif location, domain analysis, phylogenetic tree prediction, and genome sequence analysis. Students will master structural biology techniques, including 3D protein modeling, visualization, binding cavity analysis, 3D peptide modeling, and structural comparisons.
