About Me
Hi, I'm Rebecca and I'm an experienced and enthusiastic music teacher with 20+ years teaching across a range of ages and levels. As a teacher, I always aspire to encourage a love of music making in my students.

Every lesson is as unique as my students are and sessions are planned in order to maximise learning opportunities and enjoyment. Lessons cover elements of technique and sound production at an appropriate level, as well as tips for efficient practicing, repertoire exploration, exam preparation, music theory, aural skills. I also like to incorporate listening games and quizzes into sessions for younger pupils.

As well as teaching, I am Principal Flute with a local orchestra and enjoy performing in regular concerts. I also take regular lessons with a wonderful Professor of Flute at the Royal Academy of Music and Eton College in order to keep developing my own playing and teaching skills.
