My teaching focuses on the four skills ( Speaking, Reading, Writing & Listening) with focusing more on Speaking and listening. I like to rely in my teaching on classroom activities that make the class more enjoyable and useful for the learner.
Extra information
Doing homework is a necessary thing, and I also like that students ask me if they do not understand, because the most important thing is for the learner to understand what he is learning. Also, writing notes is a necessary and essential thing for review outside the classroom.

About Me
I interactively teach Arabic, which contributes to creating an active learning environment, which stimulates students to participate actively, making the content more understandable. My classes are based on dialogue and discussions, which also reinforce learning. My philosophy of teaching is also based on my experience in learning the language, especially since I grew up in Morocco, a country known for its linguistic and cultural richness.
Education
I graduated from the University of Sultan Moulay Slimane. I have a BA degree in English Studies.
During my work at Qalam Center and with American Councils I had the chance to participate in many pieces of training.

Experience / Qualifications
I have more than 10 years of experience teaching Modern Standard Arabic & Moroccan Colloquial Arabic as an Instructor at Qalam wa Lawh Center for Arabic Studies. During my work there, I taught all the levels; from novice to distinguished. I taught a lot of important programs ( Daito Bunka -FSI - Yale University –Georgia Southern University - CIEE – NSLY- Fulbright)
I worked with American Councils for International Education as MCA Academic Coordinator and MSA Co-coordinator with the Arabic Overseas Flagship (AOF) Program in Meknes. I taught classes of Literature, Media Arabic, Arab Thinkers, and also Moroccan Colloquial Arabic. It is one of the best experiences of my life.
I also had the chance to teach my individual students and focus on their specific needs. for instance, I had a student who was working on his Ph.D. and I was helping him reading the manuscripts written in Arabic and understand what is written and the historical context.
