Yoshinkan Aikido - (Yo = developp / Shin = spirit / Kan = place) Unprecedented in French-speaking Switzerland, come and discover Aikido Yoshinkan, made famous by the book "White Angry Pajamas" by Robert Twigger, practiced by people from 7 to 77 years old all over the world and by the Tokyo Police. For educational purposes, Shioda Sensei, founder of Yoshinkan, created particular forms of training to develop certain qualities of body and mind. You will discover custody, basic movements as well as keys, projections and other fixed assets. But above all you will have a modest glimpse of what training can bring you in everyday life.
