With 23 years of Health and Safety Management behind me, I am delighted to share my knowledge and understanding with anyone looking to start up in the world of SHEQ management and to support small businesses and start ups with the basics they need!!
I recently completed studies for City & Guilds and have managed SHEQ in the UK for SSE, Hewlett Packard, Purvis Group (Construction) and in renewables with Repower AG and BayWa r.e.
What do you need to be a good company manager? Be a positive influence and know your own needs! And I hope to help you in your efforts...as a day to day owner or business manager .

About Me
Hello fellow Imagineer! I have been working as a Management Systems professional for over 20 years now, and have built and maintained successful ISO Management systems for large companies like Hewlett Packard/ Agilent Technologies, SSE Renewable Generation, SSE Metering, BayWa r.e. Operation Services and BayWa r.e. UK.
I have a personal style when it comes to delivering what is required, and have learned a lot along the way from a number of professionals in Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality Management - but I also have a creative side that allows me to spread positivity with those I work with.
So I have some business management materials I am happy to share with those willing to learn, and I also offer services to look at an individuals personal needs - as we look to make your lifes journey a happy and successful one!

Education
I have BSc (Hons) in Environmental and Management Sciences; supported with NVQ Level 5 Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health; NEBOSH Certificate, ISO 9001 Internal Auditor training, as well as being a Law of Attraction Practitioner.
Experience / Qualifications
I have 20+ years experience in ISO Management system development and maintenance for companies such as SSE, Hewlett Packard, Agilent technologies, Purvis Group, REpower AG, BayWa r.e. and 10 years practicing LOA, including publishing e-book 'The Self Help Book: Making Nothing Soup'.

Having worked with various Management Systems over more than 20 years, this course will be shaped by tutor and student to get you what you need from it. Working within any organisation you need to know how to focus on your priorities - whether they are the finances, the clients, the product, the operational methods - Then designing and committing to the correct processes that will help your business to continuously improve.
Whether you want to understand how to work out your business core processes, to deliver consistent procedures?
Whether you want to understand how best to audit your performance?
Whether you want to understand the basics of plan - do - check- act for any management system?
Feel free to come to me with your questions and I will provide as a minimum, the basics of what you need to do to drive your business management system, to meet your own needs, and any accreditation body... and of course as you improve, you want to continuously review and check that you are always moving forward!

I learned about cosmic energy and the Law of Attraction around 10 years ago, and have heard and seen the impact that loving what you have, and the power of gratitude can do for your own self worth. In this session I can go over my learnings, and introduce some of the Law of Attraction Practitioner work that is of interest to many students who want to learn more about the LOA!
In 2012 i had no money and was sent to work in Ireland for a few days with my work, knowing I had cars booked, hotels booked, meals booked in the hotel, I didnt need cash - but I was nervous about the trip, and when I arrived in Cork, I drove to the site I was meeting other renewable energy professionals. I was first at the conference centre, and noticed there was a small cafe/bar adjacent - so I went over to talk to the cafe worker and was asked if I would like anything- so I said 'Yes, please, a latte would be lovely' and I strolled off while the coffee was made for me. It was only then that I realised ' I have no money'... how could I pay for the coffee...
I let my mind drift to a book I had been reading on the plane journey that morning; how affirmations can be as simple as manifesting the smallest thing to come to be; ' I am so happy and grateful that I have been provided with this free coffee'...
'Im so sorry' I said to the cafe worker; ' I haven't any pounds or euros! Just cancel that order.'
'Thats fine' she replied, 'as we have been asked to provide teas and coffees for everyone as part of the conference.

This was my introduction, and that whole journey to Ireland opened my eyes and mind, to the power of LOA. I look forward to sharing with you some background, some stories and some key learnings to practice LOA - from health to relationships, hobbies and work to being financially rewarded - all while introducing you to 'Nothing Soup' the book I wrote to help me to understand how cosmic energy works in our lives.
