I specialize in preparing students to pass their GCSE and A level exams ins Spanish. My goal is to keep students challenged but not overwhelmed> I assign homework after every lesson and provide progress reports if needed.
This class is for aspiring to develop the four communicative skills in Spanish.
Lessons are designed for students who are in college or secondary schools and want to obtain a Spanish qualification, it can also be designed for adults who want to learn the language or people who want to be more confident when using Spanish at work or any other purposes.

About Me

I have seven years of experience teaching Spanish at College and preparing students for GCSE and A levels.
I have also been working in language centres for people who want to master their proficiency y in Spanish.
I am very flexible and I adapt my lessons to my student's needs and interests.
I have been leading the MFL department of secondary schools
I have organised exchange programmes with secondary schools in Spain
I also have experience teaching French and Spanish in Primary schools.

Hello! I'm Joey - I'm a qualified Modern Foreign Languages teacher with a specialism in Spanish.

Languages and particularly Spanish have become my passion and I really love sharing this passion with others who are interested in it.
I’m British, but started learning Spanish at school, I then went on to live in Spain, changed my original degree to study Spanish and Italian and then lived in Spain again!
This is one of the key reasons I can really help you on your Spanish learning journey - I have been through it myself! I know what mistakes are easily made, what gets confusing between English and Spanish and what pronunciation is particularly difficult, so I can guide you more thoroughly.
