Throughout my career I was invested in making vegetarian and vegan cooking a staple of every restaurant I worked in, and showing people how nutritious and delicious this ethical diet can be. I have also spent years working with farmers and market gardeners as well as in supermarkets focussing on understanding where food comes from. Additionally, as a flexitarian for almost 20 years ( I eat animal products a few times a year) I am well-versed in how to build a healthy diet and save money and time!
