I am a native Spanish speaker holding a Bachelor's degree in TEFL and a Master in Italian language. I've started my degree in the prestigious University of Granada in Spain and completed it in Cambridge, UK.
I have been teaching since I am 18, to all levels, for all different kind of specific purposes, obtaining great results.
Teaching is my vocation and my passion!

I train and teach students for:
- official exams
- travelling in Spain or South America
- living in Spain or South America
- Improve your existent skills and become more fluent
- Add a new language to your CV
- any others

Lessons are tailor-made, which means they are created specially for you, your needs, your current level and your learning style. I create them for you specifically, we won't follow a book (unless the student requires so for any particular reason).
If you need any references, they will be provided.

About Me

I have been teaching before starting my degree. It is my vocation, so you will always see me happy and full of energy before our lessons. We are going to learn and have a great time at the same time. No boredom allowed!

I have been teaching both privately with smalls groups and 121 and with bigger classrooms sizes. I have done adult education, for ages up to 65! So whatever your age, I've taught someone your age before!

Before the lessons we will assess the specific needs and methods to be used, but in any case I always prepare my own materials. This is to make sure that my materials are the most relevant and contain only up to date information, used in the country. How many times have we learnt something, tried to use it in the country and people tell you "erm... we don't use that word anymore".

I have been teaching in Spain and England, and I've just arrived to the Netherlands to keep on expanding my experience abroad.

My name is Dani and I am Mexican. I always ask my students about their specific goals and their preferred way of learning a language. In my classes I like to take a conversational approach, but this depends entirely on the needs of my students. I use different books with different didactic material, mostly Aula Plus and Bitacora. I also try to practice all skills: talking, writing and listening. If the student wants it, I leave homework, which I correct during the week before the next lesson, so that we can make the most of the lesson time. I share a word or phrase of the week with my students to build a useful vocabulary. Teaching is my passion. I feel motivated by the progress of my students, which I believe also keeps them motivated. German and Spanish are my native languages and I speak fluent English, I also speak fluent Dutch (with a little accent). Therefore, I can explain concepts in all these languages. However, I prefer to speak Spanish as much as possible, also for the beginners lessons, because I believe that people learn the language better that way.

I have a FPELE certificate: Spanish as a Foreign Language Teacher Training. And I have taught A1 to B2 level at a language institute in Spain.

I like using the CLT methond during my lessons. I have been teaching in a Gymnasium as an intern for the past 3 years and this method is the one that works best. I really like practicing the language in useful ways that the students can later on use in their daily lives.
I would provide the material for the lessons (no need for a book). I would create or print material when needed. I would also bring my laptop if something needs to be shown. It is handy for the student to have a notebook to keep track of all the work during the lessons.
