As an adult, embarking in learning how to play the cello without any musical background is a daunting challenge. Hector has made the start of my journey a very pleasant and enriching one. We started with the fundamentals of music theory, have worked through the physical challenges of playing this instrument and continue to build on the right and left hand techniques. He is a passionate cellist who efortlessly welcomes you into the beauty of his art. I'm definitely happy to recommend him as a teacher.
Hector is a great teacher who explains and demonstrates very well.
It was very pleasant experience to play cello with Hector. I'm looking forward to learning more new skills with him
Hector is a very talented musician who also knows how to transfer his knowledge and talent into teaching others.

Spanish private lessons in Utrecht and surroundings
I am Paula, 26 years old, from Barcelona, and I would be pleased to be your Spanish teacher here in the Netherlands :) I have been living in Utrecht for more than a year and I have been teaching here the whole time. I am very flexible with the schedule and the structure of the lessons since I try to adapt to each person's needs. I have a few useful books that I follow for the lessons, normally one that provides the main structure and the others for extra exercises and games. - If you are a beginner we will use different materials to learn vocabulary, first useful expressions and basic grammar while, every now and then, having fun with some games. I always give homework and (if adult) I expect the learner to be independent in this sense. Send me a message if you are interested :) Hasta pronto! Paula

Learn Spanish with native speaker/ creative approach
As a Spanish native speaker, I can assist you through your journey of learning a new language. If you already know a bit of Spanish, we can simply start to work on vocabulary, chat for a while about specific topics so as to gain more vocabulary and of course, practice, practice, and practice. There are tons of fun games and strategies, including music and other art-related methods, that I like to implement in my classes, as I am a music teacher as well. Creativity has always been a crucial element for me as a teacher, and I try to encourage it as much as possible.

Spanish Lessons & Conversation with Native Speaker.
I am a 26-year-old Spanish master student at HKU, in Utrecht. Born in Palma de Mallorca (Balearic Islands, Spain) and having lived for 6 years in Barcelona (Catalonia), I am teaching both my mother tongues: Spanish and Catalan. I am very flexible when it comes to teaching, so I adapt to the student's needs. We can work on vocabulary, pronunciation, grammar. And we can just have regular lessons to exercise on the conversation as well. I am a musician, so there is also the chance to learn Piano and Music Theory in Spanish or Catalan. Please feel free to ask for any info you might need!

Sergi
English, Spanish and Catalan Private Tutoring and Conversation
I have taught English professionally for three years, from kids to adults, at an English academy. I have got a Cambridge certified C2 level, and I specialise in tutoring English for school and for Cambridge exams, especially the FCE and the CAE. I have also taught conversation classes as I have got an impeccable British accent. Spanish and Catalan, on the other hand, are my native languages and I have been studying and speaking them since I was a child. I especially offer conversation lessons, but I can obviously help with school work. My classes are for people who want a one-to-one class in which to start learning or to improve English, Spanish or Catalan. I am very flexible and I adapt to the necessities of the student; homework, progress reports and exams are possible.

Morgan
Spanish and English teacher or tutor for all levels (Utrecht)
Spanish and English teaching or tutoring for any level. Both are in the top spoken languages in the world and have become essential for good communication and blurring cultural boundaries. Spanish is my official native language but I went to an American school during my entire education which means I speak both fluently. My goal is to keep students motivated while learning or improving their use of a new language. You can learn the basics of Spanish and English. The class can also be focused on specific subjects depending on the students level: whether they need more practice in speech or grammar; or their desire to learn something specific. I can help with everything from the alphabet to being able to write an essay or taking an exam.

Guillermo

Spanish and French lessons to improve your skills.
Multilingualism is a very important skill for your professional and personal life. It allows you to access to more job opportunities and to be more competitive in our society. In addition, learning a new language is useful for traveling and keeping you mind active. Our classes can be oriented towards a more conversational or academic purpose.

Marcela Rivera
Spanish and English lessons. You will have fun learning languages.
I remember when I was a student. I used to get bored at school, and I don't want my students to feel the same. So prepare to have during the lessons either in Spanish or English. One of my teaching strategies is to make the students like their classes and languages. And also show them in what way this is important for their futures. I like to create a friendly environment, where students can feel confident and relaxed when the time comes for them to produce. In my opinion, this environment that I create is the most important in the learning process.

Spanish lessons for all levels (with native speaker).
Spanish lessons for all levels. Depending on what the student is looking for lessons can be focused on improving the oral skills, reading or written. I would adjust the activities to the level of the student. Vocabulary, topics of the conversations and texts would be mainly chosen by the student.
