I’m Miguel, I was born in Spain, in the Mediterranean city of Valencia. I live in the Ruzafa neighborhood. Likewise, I’m a native certified by Universidad de Nebrija Spanish teacher, I teach and improve my students skills.

I focus on your goals, your knowledge and your unique needs. I can teach everything from conversation lessons to preparation for DELE certificates (from A1 to C2)

I like to be a useful teacher, every lesson must be beneficial, with planning but with space for improvisation and the use of Spanish in a relaxed environment.

I have 3 years of experience in online and personal lessons. My method is based on conversation (acquiring fluency) and expanding, practically, your grammatical knowledge and vocabulary to improve.

My interests are music, finance, agriculture, chess, political news, psychology, and reading. I can prepare interesting topics for the student to talk about.

My goal is to improve your Spanish with my help through practice and conversation.

Learn Spanish at your own pace and start speaking with confidence

Do you study Spanish but find it difficult to speak? Are you planning a trip to Spain, or would you simply like to feel more comfortable using Spanish in everyday situations?

I'm a native Spanish teacher with 9 years of teaching experience, including 6 years teaching online. I've worked with babies, children, teenagers and adults, and I understand that everyone learns differently.

My lessons are practical, interactive and adapted to your needs, level and interests. We focus on speaking and listening, useful vocabulary and everyday situations, with grammar explained clearly when you need it.

Whether you're starting from scratch, looking to improve your conversation skills or preparing for a Spanish exam, we'll work towards your goals at a pace that suits you.

I want you to feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes and trying again. You don't need to speak perfect Spanish to start speaking Spanish!

With my experience living in Cardiff for 14 years, I also understand some of the challenges English speakers face when learning another language.

Let's make Spanish useful, enjoyable and part of your everyday life.

I am a qualified foreign language teacher in the UK (PGCE and QTS), with over 20 years of international teaching experience in primary, secondary, and high school education. I have developed my professional career teaching Spanish and French in different educational contexts and hold a Master's degree in Languages and Technology from the Polytechnic University of Valencia.
I offer private Spanish and French lessons for different levels, as well as English support and reinforcement classes for students of beginner and intermediate levels (up to B1/B2).
My methodology combines a communicative approach with clear grammar explanations, vocabulary acquisition, and practice in oral and written comprehension and expression. I adapt the activities to each student's level, learning pace, and goals, using authentic materials and digital resources with a solid pedagogical foundation.
My training and professional experience in the British education system have allowed me to develop a broad knowledge of English in academic and professional contexts. In addition, I have experience preparing Spanish students for the British GCSE and A-Level exams.
Whether you need to reinforce school subjects, improve your communication, prepare for an exam or regain confidence using a language, I will design the classes based on your knowledge and objectives.
My goal is for you to learn progressively, participatively, and with confidence, developing the necessary tools to communicate more autonomously.
