course price icon
From 102.23 £ /h

You want to dance your love on the day of your wedding but don't want to do it the "usual" way?
I won't teach you bachata, tango or a slow dance. You will let me know your needs, your ideas and what you feel comfortable with doing with the music of your choice! From 6 months ahead to 2 weeks before the big day, I will make sure that both of you will be ready to make everyone cry (or laugh because why not?) and your kids be proud of your first dance as a married couple!
Extra information
Please note the date of your wedding, how much time you would like to invest and if you need a choreography for your bridesmaids and groomsmen as well.

About Me
I am a dancer and a dance teacher. When it comes to teaching the connection of body and mind, priority is the emotions, the character and the body of my students. I work in a way so that everyone reaches their own goals. What I love after every class is when I know that my students learn something new for themselves.
After Ballet master classes, Contemporary workshops around Europe, being exposed to new styles of dance and dancing beside inspiring people on stage and in studios I am eager to pass my knowledge.

This class is a method I created to help people know their body, manipulate their movement, be more empathetic through knowing how the others feel and what their motives are through their body language. In the beginning, we focus on becoming friends with one's self and then learning what is best for us as a whole existence. It is not only a dance class. It's a door that needs to be opened in everyone's mind. The first language we learn is the body language.

Having experienced first-hand the power of dance to shape people’s perspectives, I am enthusiastic about using my professional experiences, skills, and beliefs to educate new young dancers in the techniques, movements, and experiences of dance. I am also just as enthusiastic to share that beauty and power with the community, with recreational adult classes as well.

About how I teach, and why I started; I was looking for dance that was fun, liberating, and yet artistically challenging, all at the same time; I craved something that brought and demanded a more humane experience inside of the studio. My interest at the moment is to use our human experiences and bodies as they are. I’m not so interested in trying to force them into something else, but to allow that freedom to take us to whatever imaginary or fantastical place where dance should be able to take us. I believe my obligation as a dance teacher is to encourage students to have fun when dancing. It’s something that’s forgotten a lot as a budding artist, but one of the most important things for perseverance in this field.

I believe that if the curiosity, imagination, and enjoyment is there, the technique will come as well because there’s a mutual belief, from both the teacher and student, in oneself. Of course to learn a variety of dance styles, be technically proficient, and pursue a personal creative expression is important, but having an experience with a group of people and letting go into imagination while allowing yourself to have fun will push a dancer even further in their artistry, I believe. To be able to be given images, sensations, feelings, etc. and have the awareness to translate them into some form of movement is an important skill as an artist and human being

● All levels ● All ages ● Flexibility to suit your musical tastes.

💃 Hello everyone!! Get ready to add some spice to your moves and dive into the electrifying world of Latin music! My name is Evelyn, a dance enthusiast from Peru, currently residing in Geneva while pursuing my master's degree.

🎶 I invite you to join my exciting dance classes, where I will guide you through the infectious rhythms of salsa, bachata, and zumba, infusing each lesson with the unique flavors of Latin American culture.

🎯 My main goal is your comfort, because to me, dance is a way to express yourself and live life fully. I want my students to enjoy every step without any pressure and to experience the joy of moving to Latin rhythms. My classes are open to all ages. I look forward to awakening the dancer within you and connecting you with the rhythms that make our hips sway and our hearts sing!

☘️ When I start working with students, they often repeat the same patterns—mechanical, rigid steps memorized from 1 to 7. Dancing becomes a mere imitation rather than a natural expression.

I’m here to help you transform what you’ve learned in group classes and take your dancing to the next level.

In my classes, I teach you to feel salsa and bachata. If you feel them, you’ll be able to dance anywhere, with anyone, with confidence and flow. We’ll work from the foundation:
✔️ You’ll learn to identify and follow the rhythm.
✔️ You’ll understand transitions and how to adapt to them.
✔️ You’ll develop your skills in partner dancing.

From the very first class, we’ll correct what’s necessary so that you don’t just improve—you build a solid foundation that allows you to express yourself naturally. Are you ready to feel the dance? 💃🔥

🌟 P.S.: Besides teaching Latin dances, I have experience in creating custom choreographies for weddings and special events. If you have a choreography in mind, feel free to share it, and we’ll learn it together!
