About Me
About me
I am studying violin at the University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna (mdw). For the past three years, I have been intensively specializing in Baroque music and historically informed performance practice in Vienna, and I am deeply involved with the repertoire of the 17th and 18th centuries.
During my studies, I regularly participated in numerous concerts and artistic projects within the university. This allowed me to gain extensive experience in orchestral, ensemble, and chamber music playing and to collaborate with students and professors from various disciplines.
My international musical experiences also include a short-term exchange project at the Escola Superior de Música de Catalunya (ESMUC) in Barcelona. During this project, I had the opportunity to collaborate musically with Jordi Savall, one of the world's most important musicians in Baroque music and historically informed performance practice.
In addition, I participated in an academy project led by Seiji Ozawa in Japan and performed in an orchestra project at the University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna (mdw) under the direction of the internationally renowned conductor Marin Alsop.
In my lessons, I place particular emphasis on musical expression, stylistically appropriate interpretation, and a deep understanding of different musical periods. Especially in the field of Baroque music, I teach not only the technical aspects of violin playing but also the stylistic characteristics of historically informed performance practice. Each lesson is individually tailored to the goals, level, and needs of the students.
Languages of instruction: German, English and Chinese.

I offer individual violin lessons for beginners, advanced players and music students.
My particular focus is on Baroque music and historically informed performance practice. For the past three years, I have been intensively studying the Baroque violin and the music of the 17th and 18th centuries. In my teaching, I convey not only technical fundamentals but also stylistic understanding, phrasing, articulation, and the characteristic sound of Baroque music.
In addition, I naturally also teach the classical violin repertoire. Lessons cover playing technique, bowing, intonation, vibrato, scales, musical expression, and efficient practice.
I'm happy to support you with entrance exams, competitions, orchestra auditions, or when learning new pieces. Each lesson is individually tailored to your goals and skill level.
