About Me
CHRISTEL (NL-FR-ENG-SP-D) is Master in Veranderologie – Omdenker – Resultaatversneller (Universiteit Gent) en lid van de prestigieuze zakenclub te Brussel ‘De Warande’ en ‘de Vlaamse Management Associatie ‘ te Brussel en zakenclub ‘Zonta’ te Antwerpen.
Christel kreeg een zeer praktische MBA-ervaring mee. Haar eerste stappen in consultancy zette ze bij Belgacom Directory Services als Training & Development Manager (Nationale Telefoonmaatschappij België) waar ze in het kader van het herstructureringsproces haar competenties aanwendde in domeinen als focusgerichte organisatie ontwikkeling en gewenst organiatiegedrag. Zij hanteert change als standaard mindset , en inspireert zinvol leadership en coaching, tot snellere resultaten op de werkvloer. Een evaluatiesysteem en potentieelbeoordeling wendt ze aan om beter en creatiever samen te werken.
Daarna ging ze internationaal veranderingen in multinationals implementeren en leiderschap krachtig te verankeren. Met haar specialisatie in competence management ligt haar sterk punt op het coachen tot focusgerichte resultaten in het algemeen, sterk ontwikkeld people management, rentabiliteitsaudits, evolutiesystemen, persoonlijke ontwikkeling, teamcohesie en projectmanagement herdenken , doelgericht beter verbinden communiceren en overtuigen van binnenuit.
In dat kader bouwde zij een onderscheidende ervaring op in vele domeinen van emotionele intelligentie alsook toegepast begeesterend leiderschap. Bij Right Management Consultants werkte ze mee aan een aantal projecten waarbij bovengenoemde competenties aan bod kwamen zoals ook bij de Europese Commissie. Ze is gecertificeerd in meerdere methodologieën op het vlak van Consultancy en Training.
Christel verzorgt haar trainings en coaching in het Frans, Nederlands, Engels, Spaans en Duits.

Moreover, you will be using vocabulary straight away and progress significantly in this way.
