I am Ghalem Reggani, a certified teacher of Dutch as a second language (NT2) and founder of GR Educatie & Coaching. For many years I have taught Dutch to adult newcomers and expats, and vocational Dutch to students in hospitality and security. I speak six languages myself, so I know what it is like to learn a new language, and I can explain things in your language when needed.
My own method: Taalvlot
I developed my own online method, Taalvlot. From beginner (A0) to B2, with 50 everyday themes, audio, speaking practice, grammar and writing tasks. Words and instructions are translated into 10 languages, including English, Arabic, Turkish, Ukrainian, Spanish and French. When you take lessons with me, you get free access to Taalvlot, so you can keep practising between lessons on your phone or laptop.

How does it work?
In the first lesson we look at your level and your goal together. Then you get a personal plan. Every lesson is active: lots of speaking, real-life situations and instant feedback.

About Me

Experience / Qualifications
Teacher of Dutch as a second language (since 2023): at my own company GR Educatie & Coaching I teach Dutch from literacy level and A0 up to B1, to refugees, newcomers and highly educated expats. Groups and private lessons, online and in person.
Teacher in vocational education, Nova College (since 2022): currently professional and general Dutch (levels 2F, 3F and 4) for the Hotel School, culinary and security programmes, including the speaking exams. Previously also Dutch as a second language and Dutch society (KNM) in the International Transition Class.
