Hello! I am a Spanish horn player living in Zürich. I started playing the horn at 7 years old. I studied my bachelor degree in Valencia and now I'm studying my master degree here in Zürich. I am a flexible teacher with experience in teaching people of all ages, levels, musical preferences, and backgrounds. I have a great interest in the holistic view of yoga. This is why I strive to include in my classes different elements that make up the practice of yoga. To describe my classes to you, I would say that they are sequenced around a flow, with additions of pranayama and breathing techniques, mantras, meditation, sometimes songs in Sanskrit and other techniques depending on the level of my students (bandhas, mudras ...) I teach Hatha yoga, Vinyasa and Yin yoga. Also, I really like the relationship between yoga and sounds. Most of the time, I offer sessions with music. In Vinyasa, I use it to make the flow even more fluid and in Yin, the sounds accompany us to help in the stillness of the poses and because I deeply believe in the healing power of sound.
