Aammiye is widely understood in most of the Arab countries due to its production of a large amount of popular series, songs, and TV shows that are seen and known all over the other Arab countries. In my opinion Aammiye became -kind of- a new standard spoken dialect. If you're looking to sound cool then you have to learn this dialect!
