Besides my passion for laboratory research, I enjoy supporting students with the subject matter and sharing my enthusiasm for the subject. I have already helped more than 20 students with biology, chemistry, and mathematics. I offer tutoring in biology. During the tutoring sessions, we actively work together on assignments, and I help you gain insight into the underlying concepts so that you can eventually tackle problems independently. Making mistakes is, of course, allowed; that is often where you learn the most. Additionally, it is important that you practice independently between lessons. I offer support with: - Clearing backlogs - Specific chapters or topics that are difficult - Preparation for school exams and central exams (vmbo, havo and vwo) - VAVO, state examination, and CCVX tracks Tutoring in pairs or small groups (for example, with classmates) is possible at a lower rate per person. I can teach high school maths, physics, biology, chemistry as well as English. As I am English and am studying Maths and physics at university in the Netherlands am able to help up until this level. I am training to become a maths and physics teacher in England starting September, so not only is this something I can do but it is something that I really enjoy doing! I will try and explain everything in multiple ways and I am very understanding and accomodating for learning disabilities
