Baia is a great tutor who has helped me prepare for a placement test for university (OMPT). She is knowledgeable, resourceful, patient and easy to work with. She provided me with a lot of materials, including theory explanation, exercises and mock tests (which were extremely useful as I practiced for the real exam). She is very responsive and available to answer questions as you work through the materials. I had 0 knowledge on excel before but after learning and exercising with Mr Salah, I got the maximum grade on my exam.
