I have wanted to learn Dutch for a long time but something held me back. But one day I decided it was time and I searched and found the teacher, I didn't know what to expect. But I had a nice surprise to come across such a warm and patient person, we have a few lessons together and I am very happy with her, she explains so well and makes you learn so quickly that it doesn't seem difficult anymore. If you are looking for a person to be cool and open minded and at the same time feel like you can learn Dutch without pressure, she is the perfect person. I am very happy and I like that she is the kind of teacher who gives you confidence in yourself and at the end of the day you are happy that you chose her, thank you Traudi! You are the best!

I always found it difficult to remain committed to Dutch lessons around work and other activities, so i was looking for a private Dutch teacher that could motivate me to make the final push to be comfortable using my Dutch in everyday environments (i am quite proficient with vocab, but really need to improve my grammer). In this respect, Jeffrey is great at finding fun tasks like reading and discussing current news articles on NOS, breaking down the sentence structures, getting me to apply the rules directly, and writing up the ways i can improve my sentence structure on a google docs file. Marcel is a patient and calm teacher who is enjoyable to work with. I signed up for 10 lessons over the summer while recovering from surgery and I learned more Dutch than I thought I would. I am no longer intimated by the language! While I cannot continue at the same pace now that I am back at work, I owe a debt of thanks to Marcel for starting the journey.
