Having had the opportunity to travel, I am aware of the difficulties that mastering a foreign language can present and the obstacles to overcome. That's why I would like to offer you my help! Originally from Bordeaux, in western France, I studied in Toulouse, lived 5 years in Australia and currently reside in Bangkok, Thailand. Over the past few years I had the opportunity to teach English to adults of various levels, including Spanish speakers, French speakers, and many others. My goal is to help you find enjoyment in learning English and to achieve your objectives. The lessons will be fully tailored to your needs and interests. I will also be dedicated to introducing you to English culture through our lessons, discussing current topics and significant events of the year. Because to truly learn a language, it is essential to understand the culture of the country that speaks it. My lessons aim to develop the five essential language skills: speaking, writing, listening, reading, and grammar. Of course, if you prefer to focus on a specific aspect, that is entirely possible. We can use your own materials or work with the resources I have available. Depending on your needs, I can also provide you with exercises to continue progressing outside of our lessons. My daughter had her first lesson and she is very happy with Nouhaila. Excellent teacher. From the first moment a pleasant contact and clear answers to all my questions. Nouhaila thinks along well about the objectives to be achieved taking into account the age of my daughter. (16). A warm person. My daughter is enthusiastic and really enjoyed the first lesson. Serious (to use the hour well and completely) with an occasional joke. It is also nice that the lessons can continue during the summer holidays. Very clear as to what his teaching methods and goals are, how he'll help you get there - then jumps right in and gets you started with no fuss. I found myself speaking sentences in Wolof by the end of the lesson, and really appreciate the additional written material he supplied as well. As someone who has taught and learned various other languages I can tell that Dembane has a really sound methodology. I'll add to this review in a few months time, but so far I am impressed. Also glad that he is pointing out regional differences between Senegal and Gambia usage to me, as it's relevant to my learning needs. He does personalise the content for the individual student, which is good to see.

Germán is a great teacher and also fun to work with. He first carefully diagnoses strengths and weaknesses and then designs tailored exercises around the learning needs and gives concrete feedback and shares vocabulary tips. If you search someone to better understand homework/grammar exercises or someone for stand-alone private classes, German is your guy for both. He can explain grammar or improve conversational skills. Before our private lessons, I took courses at the Cervantes institute and my professor there also respected him a lot for his teaching methods and knowledge.
